Questions

Can I change the hours for a bank holiday or a late opening?
Yes. Send “open till 6 on Fridays now” or “back on Tuesday” and the site shows it, on the day and in the hours table. Send “back to normal” when it is.
Can it say we're dog friendly, have a garden, or do takeaway?
Yes. Tell us in the chat and each one gets its own card on your site, so people find the answer before they message you.
What if my prices change?
Send a photo of the new menu, or just the new price of a flat white. You see a preview and tap Publish. The old prices are gone the same minute.
Do you take table bookings?
Yes, as an optional extra at £29 a month. Guests book on your site in under a minute and you hear about each booking on WhatsApp.
I already have a website and a domain name. Can I keep the domain?
Yes. Your site starts on a free townmember.com address during the trial. When your subscription starts we connect your own domain, usually within the hour, and you can then cancel your old hosting.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We only point your website at us; your email stays where it is. If your email is run by the same company as your old website, check with them before you cancel.
