An example food truck website on a phone

Sound familiar?

“People keep messaging to ask where we are today.”

Tell us your pitches for the week. They sit at the top of your site, and past dates clear themselves.

“Someone asks about a wedding or a private event, and all I can send is my Instagram.”

Send them one link: your menu, your photos and how to book you.

“My pitch posts get buried in the feed.”

One link in your bio that always shows this week, however far down the post has gone.

“I haven't got time to build a website.”

We build it for you from your Google listing, and you send your menu and photos by WhatsApp. There is nothing to log in to.

Change it from the van

Send where you'll be, a photo of the board, or what's sold out. You see a preview first, then tap Publish.

  • Nothing goes live until you say yes
  • Change your mind? “Put it back” undoes it
  • Your staff can update it too

Found on Google, and by AI assistants

People ask Google, and now ChatGPT and the rest, the same questions: open today, dog friendly, what's the menu. Your site answers them in the form each one reads.

  • The structured data Google reads on every page: hours, menu, prices, where to book
  • A sitemap and an llms.txt, the file AI assistants read, built from the same words
  • Change your hours by WhatsApp and the search engines get the change in the same publish
  • Your own domain name, with your town in the title

We cannot promise where you appear in a search. We can promise that what Google and the assistants read about you is right, and that it stays right.

Already have a website?

  • We bring your menu, photos and words across
  • In your own colours, with your logo
  • Keep your domain name: we connect it for you
  • Then you can cancel your old hosting and web support

Your email stays where it is. If it's with the company that hosts your website now, check with them before you cancel.

Questions

I only have Instagram. Can you still build it?
Yes. We build the first version from your Google listing, or from a few details you type if you have no listing. Then you send your photos, your menu and your words by WhatsApp and they go straight in. Your Instagram is linked from every page.
Can I change where we are every day?
Yes. Send “Trinity Market Thursday, 11 to 4” and it's on your site. Each date takes itself down once it has passed.
I only trade in the season. Do I pay all year?
No. Cancel when the season ends. If you start again within 90 days, your site comes back exactly as you left it.
Am I too small to need a website?
It's one page that says where you are, what you serve and how to book you. If people ask you those things, it earns its keep.
I already have a domain name. Can I keep it?
Yes. Your site starts on a free townmember.com address during the trial. When your subscription starts we connect your own domain, usually within the hour.
