Questions

I take bookings through Bookwhen. Does this replace it?
No. Your site links to Bookwhen, or whatever you use, so students book the way they do now. Your site is the place for the timetable, where each class is, prices and blocks, and a change this week.
Can I move or pause a class for a week?
Yes. Send “Thursday's class is in the park this week” or “no class on the bank holiday” and the site shows it at the top and on the timetable, until it is back to normal.
Can it show my qualifications and insurance?
Yes. Tell us what you hold and it goes on your page. We never put a qualification on the page that you haven't confirmed.
Do I need to post every day?
No. Change the site when something changes. The rest stays as it is.
I already have a website and a domain name. Can I keep the domain?
Yes. Your site starts on a free townmember.com address during the trial. When your subscription starts we connect your own domain, usually within the hour, and you can then cancel your old hosting.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We only point your website at us; your email stays where it is. If your email is run by the same company as your old website, check with them before you cancel.
